PIN HOLE Mandrel (for Sanding Discs). A drill bit for use with PIN HOLE sanding discs for removal of hard skin during pedicures. A tiny screw and washer hold the pin hole abrasive sanding discs firmly in place. We do not recommend you use these discs/mandrels above 10,000 R.P.M. If the mandrel begins to bend, replace immediately, as damage to the internal parts of your drill head may be expensive to repair.
