ibd Just Gel
Products Needed:
- ibd Power Bond
- ibd Just Gel Polish Base Coat
- ibd Just Gel Polish Topcoat
- ibd Just Gel Polishes: Whipped Cream, Solar Rays, Turtle Bay
- ibd Cleanser Plus
- ibd Cuticle Oil
Tools Needed:

- ibd Emerald Jewel File
- ibd Diamond Buffer
- ibd Nail Wipes
- ibd Gel Brush
- ibd Manicure Brush
- LED / UV Lamp
Step 1
Prepare the natural nail for Just Gel Polish application. Push back cuticles and removing non living tissue and shape to a point.
Step 2
Apply 1 coat of PowerBond and allow to dry.
Top Tip* If applying Just Gel Polish over finished enhancements omit PowerBond and basecoat. Then go straight in with Just Gel colour application.
Step 3
Apply Just Gel basecoat to the nail and cap the free edge to avoid product shrinkage. Cure in lamp for 30 seconds in LED / 1 Minute in UV. Apply 1-2 coats of Whipped Cream to the nails first to make your top colour pop.
Step 4
To make the Jessie J neon green; mix together 3 parts Solar Rays to 1 part Turtle Bay.
Step 5
Apply neon green using a gel brush, keeping coats them thin and capped. Cure in between coats, 30 seconds in LED / 2 Minutes in UV. Apply 2 to 3 coats for good coverage.
Top Tip* If you are only doing a couple of nails you can mix them on a form, but always over estimate quantities to make sure you don’t have to remix part way through application.
Step 6
Finish the fierce look by applying Just Gel Polish topcoat and cure. Remove tacky inhibition layer using cleanser plus and finish nails off with cuticle oil rubbed into cuticles.
